1. Introduction
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of Avnee ERP subscription services provided by Avnee Technologies ("Avnee", "we", "us", or "our"). This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Refund Policy.
2. Subscription Plans & Billing
Avnee offers the following subscription plans:
- Free Forever Plan: ₹0/month - No charges, no refunds applicable
- Basic Plan: ₹60/user/month - Minimum 5 users
- Standard Plan: ₹120/user/month - Minimum 5 users
- Premium Plan: ₹180/user/month - Minimum 5 users
All paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected during subscription. Payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
3. Free Trial Period
New subscribers may be eligible for a free trial period as advertised at the time of sign-up. During the trial period:
- No payment is required until the trial ends
- You may cancel at any time during the trial without any charges
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged for the selected plan
- Trial periods are one-time offers and cannot be extended or repeated
Note: We recommend evaluating our services thoroughly during the trial period before proceeding with a paid subscription.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
- Service Unavailability: If our services are unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to issues on our end, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the affected period
- Duplicate Payments: In case of accidental duplicate charges, the excess amount will be refunded in full
- Technical Issues: If critical features promised in your plan are not functional and cannot be resolved within 7 business days, you may request a refund
- Cancellation within 7 Days: New subscribers (first-time paid subscription) may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial payment if the service does not meet their reasonable expectations
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Cancellation after the 7-day refund period for new subscriptions
- Partial month usage - we do not offer pro-rata refunds for unused days within a billing cycle
- Downgrade of subscription plans - no refund for the difference
- Account suspension due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Failure to use the service during the subscription period
- Change of business requirements or decision to use alternative software
- Annual subscriptions after the first 7 days of payment
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made after cancellation
- You will retain access to your data for 30 days after the subscription ends
- After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy
Important: We recommend exporting your data before cancellation. You can request a data export through your account settings or by contacting support.
7. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Step 1: Email us at connect@avnee.tech with subject line "Refund Request"
- Step 2: Include your registered email, subscription details, and reason for refund
- Step 3: Our team will review your request within 3 business days
- Step 4: If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. For payments made via UPI, net banking, or debit/credit cards, please allow additional time for your bank to process the credit.
8. GST & Tax Refunds
All refunds will include the GST component that was charged at the time of purchase. For businesses that have claimed Input Tax Credit (ITC) on GST:
- You may need to reverse the ITC claimed on the refunded amount
- We will issue a credit note for your records
- Please consult your tax advisor for specific guidance
9. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disputes regarding refunds:
- First, contact our customer support team at connect@avnee.tech
- If unresolved, you may escalate to our Grievance Officer
- All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India
