We use your information for the following lawful purposes: providing EOS services and features (contract performance), processing payments (contract performance), GST compliance and tax filing (legal obligation), AI-powered insights and automation (contract performance), customer support and communication (legitimate interest), service improvement and analytics (legitimate interest), and security and fraud prevention (legal obligation).
5. Data Sharing & Disclosure
5.1 Network Participants (with your consent): Other businesses on the Avnee Network for transaction processing. Only transaction-relevant data is shared (invoice details, GST information). You control which connections can access your data.
5.2 Service Providers: Payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, and analytics providers — under confidentiality agreements.
5.3 Legal Requirements: Government authorities as required by law, the GST Network (GSTN) for tax compliance, and law enforcement when legally obligated.
We do NOT sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Data Storage & Security
6.1 Data Location: Your data is stored on secure servers located in India, in compliance with data localisation requirements under Indian law.
6.2 Security Measures:

AI processing is performed on your data only and is not used to train models on other users' data. You retain full control over AI-generated outputs.
